Canyon Shores Condominiums sit on over 16 acres of landscaped, fee land in Cathedral City (Palm Springs area), California. The HOA owns the land; it is not leased from the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians unlike many other condominium communities. The property has 202 units with 4 different floor plans ranging from a 1072 sq ft 1+ bedroom, 1+ bath to the largest 3 bedrooms and 3 baths unit measuring up to 1850 sq ft. Two bedroom, 2 bath units are the most common. All units come with one covered carport. The community includes five swimming pools, seven spas, five tennis courts (4 lighted), a fitness gym, two dry saunas and a clubhouse.
Our gated community is professionally managed by an employee of the Association, employs night time security, and has an engaged HOA Board and homeowner community ensuring that our home remains a vibrant community.
